Steve has enjoyed over 20 years in the healthcare industry in senior leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Most recently Steve worked with a leading search firm where he successfully led executive search mandates across several verticals within the Life Sciences sector and specialized in a wide variety of projects ranging from GM’s, VP’s, Senior Directors to individual contributor positions.

Steve is passionate about assisting organizations to solve their most critical leadership challenges and developing long-lasting trusting relationships while tirelessly working with candidates to secure rewarding and challenging opportunities. His altruistic approach to partnering with clients and candidates alike best describes his recruitment style – Steve wants what is best for both parties.

Along with his partners at BridgeBright, Steve manages the global healthcare practice spanning work in all aspects of life sciences in the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, medical technology, start up and digital health space.

Steve is fluently bilingual, having called Montreal home for most of his life, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University.

Away from work, Steve is active in the community, volunteering and coaching youth sports. Golf, travel, and time spent with family and friends are what Steve loves most.
